Human Equity utilises the Hogan Assessment Leadership Forecast Series to provide an in-depth evaluation of competencies and potential career derailers.  In addition, this assessment package probes an individual’s values and goals to understand the type of organisational culture that the individual creates as a leader and the type of culture which he/she best fits.

Leadership Forecast Reports

 

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Reports are:

  • The benchmark for understanding the performance capabilities of individuals.

Human Equity will provide in-depth analysis and feedback on all four reports.

First, the Leadership Forecast Potential Report describes the impression a person makes on others during day-to-day interaction.  The report then translates these impressions into an organisation’s competency model. The report also generates developmental recommendations based on an organisation’s desired competencies.

Second, the Leadership Forecast Challenge Report describes a person’s characteristic way of interpreting the world and treading subordinates, while under stress and pressure.  The report concerns behavioural tendencies that derail careers and interfere with the ability to build a cohesive and high-performing team – the hallmark of effective leadership.

Third, the Leadership Forecast Values Report concerns core values – the goals that drive a person’s behaviour, his/her aspirations and expectations about life.  What a person values, determines how he/she will lead.  This in turn, determines the kind of environment a person will create for his/her subordinates, and the sort of organisational culture in which the person will do his/her best work.

Finally, with the assistance of your Human Equity Consultant, the Coaching Report combines the results from the Leadership Forecast reports and integrates them into a comprehensive development plan.  The report includes the following components:

  • Development Model that provides guidance for integrating assessment data.

  • Job Analysis Worksheet to better understand the target job for your development effort.

  • Multi-rater Worksheet to indicate 360 results or behavioural examples.

  • Forecast Summary that overviews the results of Leadership Forecast Reports.

  • Assessment Worksheet to summarize results of Leadership Reports.

  • Data Integration Worksheet to organise all results into an overall performance snapshot and Development Planning Form to record development information.
